One-on-one Coaching (max. 1 participant)
During this one-day seminar you enjoy an individual coaching. In this special coaching trainerin Janine Scheckenbach and her equine Co-trainer work exclusively on your issues and lead you through an insightful day.

Single Coaching in small group (max. 3 participants)
This seminar type is especially suitable for business colleagues or single persons from various fields, wishing to develop their personality. Due to the individual tuition for each seminar member, the number of participants has been restricted to 3 for this seminar. Please feel free to contact us for available appointments or time proposals.

Team-Coaching (min. 3 participants)
The seminar for teams of all kinds: suitable for existing or new teams or people taking on team status for projects. Please feel free to enquire with us about the options of one- or two-day coachings – we will be pleased to develop the best solution for your team with you!

Please note:
The successful participation at Lucero Consulting Seminars does not require any previous experience with horses - even participants afraid of horses are very welcome. All exercises with horses will be done from the ground.
Lucero Consulting do not offer riding experiences in connection with coaching seminars.

Seminar location
We welcome you to our seminars at "Stall Helfrich" (Helfrich stables) at Viernheim. Due to its vicinity to A5 and A6, aswell as to Frankfurt Airport and Mannheim ICE train station this location offers a pleasant and easy arrival.

The big arena offers abundant space for very personal coaching experiences (on sunny days we like to hold our seminars in the outside riding school surrounded by trees), and looking out of the seminar room onto the beautiful Odenwald forest, you would not expect the vicinity to the pulsating Rhine-Neckar-Triangle.
